The stock inventory is updated every day. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our Associates. We will inform you immediately regarding the status of your order and advise you of any items that are currently unavailable. Once out of stock items become available, they will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
NuboNau collect taxes on all orders delivered within the state of California. Sales tax will not be collected on orders where the delivery address is outside California.
However, we recommend that for out of state deliveries you consult the proper agency regarding any potential sales, use and liability tax imposed by the state.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations.
From the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Returning an item from a cancelled order, which has already been dispatched, is at the cost of the purchaser. We refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging.
Please note that NuboNau Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
